After payment receipt of the selling price and the forwarding charge we will send the goods immediately. In general our good are in stock and ready for dispatch in a few days, if not we will inform you about the expected delivery time.We are delivering by a forwarding agency or by the German post company. If you habe ordered more than one item, we can organize a part delivery on demand. The delivery takes place at the stated delivery adress and the recent version
of the AGNB (first locked door) are applying. Freight terms: From Fa. Gattsbay including package. A compensation for loss suffered as a result of delayed delivery is excluded entirely. All items are sold without decoration, lights without holder and illuminant.

Please controll the products immediately after receipt. We displace damaged goods or goods with evident damages in a period of 7 days. Antiques and furniture that has been altered or custom-built on demand is excluded hereof. The contract can be revoked within 14 days without mentioning any reason in written form (fax, letter or e-mail) or by sending back the goods. This period of time begins at the earliest with the receipt of this instruction. To ensure the observance of the time limit the posting or dispatch of the goods in time is enough.

The goods have to be sent back in an unused condition. Especially suggestions of useage must not be visible. Payments ill be repayed after receipt of the goods. In case you got the sending by post or courir you can send it back by post or courir exempt from charges. If you got the good by forwarding agency the costs will get at your own expence. When the goods are special designs a Replacement is excluded. Please consider that the offered goods are antiques and collector´s items. We herewith declare explicitly that we are not issuing a garanty for the products. The offered goods have been discribed and photographed with diligence are are sold exactly like this.

The ownership of the delivered goods remain with the Fa. G.a.t.t.s.bay GbR. until the complete payment is done by the customer. We don´t assume any liability for hidden and clear mistakes in prices and dimension data.
