Buying tokens
Tokens can, when offered in the shop, be bought like all other products. As soon as you have bought a token and it is released after a successful payment, the amount will appear under your shopping cart. Now you can send the amount via e-mail by using the button “send token”.
How to send tokens
To send a token click on the button “send token” in your shopping basket. Therefor we need the complete name of the addressee and a valid e-mail adress. It is possible to send partial amounts, too. Please check again your data before sending. You always have the possibility to change your data before sending.
How to buy with tokens
In the moment you dispose of the amount you are able to use it to pay an order. During the ordering process you will have the possibility to convert your amount. If the amount is lower than the value of the favoured product you will have to select the wished method of payment for the remaining amount. If the amount of your token is higher than the value of the favoured product the difference will be available for your next order.
How to book a token
After you received a token by e-mail you can book it as follows:

Click onto the link in your e-mail. In case you don´t have a personal customer account you will then have the possibility to open one up.

After you have added a product into your shopping cart you will there be able to enter your token-code.
